I do? To what type?!

“To death do us part?” “I do?” Is that something that you plan on saying one day, and if so would that to a masculine man or a man that is trying to be masculine? I do plan on getting married one day and I just want him to be himself. If they fit in with what is classified as masculine that’s fine, but I just want him to be himself. I do not want him to be pushed into certain roles. If he wants to be a stay at home dad, that’s fine. The man you decide to marry does not need to be masculine. Masculinity is just something that society created so that men would conform or try to fit in. Just like women are expressed through society a certain way, men are expressed a certain way as well. Society pushes a certain type of man to be the face of masculinity, they have to be strong, handy, hardworking, and dependable and the breadwinner. People fail to understand that society does not mandate their relationship, if you desire a different type of man that is dependent upon the individual. The man that you desire does not have to be the man that society says is perfect. Desire the relationship that you desire find your true love, be happy in your relationship and find the man that you want not the one that the society wants you to have.
