Planned Parenthood Shooting

Unfortunately yesterday, November 27, 2015, there was yet another shooting.

At a Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado, Robert Lewis Dear entered the building and wreaked havoc, not only on the small shopping plaza where the Planned Parenthood building was located but also on the state of Colorado and the nation as a whole.

These shootings are jarring and when one dwells on them too much, the thought becomes overwhelming.

This incident correlates with much of Jackson Katz's agenda. Violence to this degree is a mens issue. And though this is not directly related to "gender violence" the argument could be made for it. Planned Parenthood is a facility that caters to women's health and would primarily contain women within the walls of the building. The shooter's motives, though unclear, doesn't necessarily demonstrate support for women's rights.
