There are Strengths of Masculinity and Femininity

      There are many feminists that believe women should be able to obtain the same job as all men. When it comes to business type jobs or teaching I believe that they should be able to get those jobs but there are some jobs that women can’t do or not willing to do. On the other hand there are some jobs men can’t do or willing to do. Men are better at construction work because they are naturally stronger than a lot of women. Just like women make better nurses and teachers because we naturally have a caring demeanor and we can be emotional which makes a great caregiver. In this article it speaks about how most men and women react to certain things and how they are a strength and a weakness. There is a chart on the article that shows how women and men are in certain areas of the workplace. It shows that men are more goal oriented and not as focused on building relationships but instead it’s a competition to get to the top. Women focus more on building relationships to make it to the top. They don’t make their employees less than but more of an equal. There are advantages and disadvantages for both but if both men and women were on the top working together the goal will get achieved at a reasonable time with a great outcome.
