Gender Differences in Speaking Up

Gender Differences in Speaking Up

This article points out yet another form of inequality for women in the work force. My problem with this issue of inequality is that if women are not even given the opportunity to have their thoughts and ideas heard, how do these “leaders” know if it would or would not benefit their company? I also was completely dumbfounded that a chairman of the company Carol Dubin once worked for had the audacity to ask her if her father helped her come up with the idea for her loan. That is extremely degrading and upsetting.
