Most men would use dressing like a women to show how different they are from women and prove their masculinity by comparison. For example, this image was published by a company called FCKH8, which specializes in equality within genders and sexualities. In the image, you can see his broad shoulders where a woman's would be small and narrow, and you can clearly see his Adam's apple where a woman would not have one. The image also states Iggy Pop's opinion about dressing like a woman and his belief that it is not shameful because being a woman is not something to be ashamed about. We often idealize men and masculine qualities, thus shaming women simply by comparison because if a woman is feminine they are not masculine, and therefore lesser.
